Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. Prices include duties and taxes for the USA, Canada, the UK and the EU. Nothing is collected on delivery.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $300 or more. Orders under $300 have a flat $25 insured express shipping fee.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 5–7 business days with FedEx or UPS, and delivery then takes about 7–10 days. Custom designs take 15–20 days to make.
What currency will I be charged in?
All orders are charged in US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies are converted for convenience and are approximate.
Is your gold real and certified?
Yes. Our 9K, 14K, 18K and 22K gold is BIS hallmarked, 12K is certified by an independent assay lab, and silver is stamped 925. Certified diamonds and gemstones come with an IGI or GIA report.
Can I return my jewelry?
Yes, within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, if unworn and in original condition. Engraved, resized and custom pieces cannot be returned, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Request a return from your order page.
How do I find my ring size?
Use our ring size guide to convert between US, UK and EU sizes, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
Can you make a custom design?
Yes. Share your idea on our Custom Design page and we will reply with a quote within 24 hours. We share a CAD design before making it, with as many revisions as you need, and production takes 15–20 days once paid.
Are your diamonds natural or lab-grown?
We use natural diamonds and, in some designs, moissanite, which is a different gemstone that looks similar to diamond. Every product page states exactly which stone it has. We do not sell lab-grown diamonds.
Are your gemstones treated?
Our gemstones are natural. Many natural gemstones are routinely treated, for example heated to improve colour. Any treatment is listed in the stone details on the product page.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every piece has a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Resizing, repairs and cleaning outside the warranty are available for a fee, depending on the work.
