15-day returns

If you’re not completely happy, you can return your jewelry within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price to your original payment method.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn and in original condition, with the gift box, tags and certificates.
• Engraved, resized and custom-designed pieces cannot be returned, as they are made just for you.

How to return

• Open your order (use the link in your confirmation email, or My account) and choose Request a return. You can also email or WhatsApp us with your order number.
• We’ll send our return address and packing instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by you. Please use an insured, tracked service; we can’t refund parcels lost on the way back.
• Refunds are issued within 7 business days of the item passing inspection. Original shipping charges aren’t refunded.

1-year warranty

Every piece is covered for 1 year from delivery against manufacturing defects, such as a faulty clasp or a stone coming loose through no fault of the wearer. Contact us with your order number and photos, and we’ll repair or replace the piece. Normal wear, accidental damage and changes made by another jeweller aren’t covered.

Resizing, repairs and cleaning

We offer resizing, repairs and professional cleaning for a fee that depends on the work. Message us on WhatsApp (+91 86199 43120) with photos for a quote.
